second stage: Mixing ingredients

You have to grind the soybeans or crush them with the help of a food processor. To do this, pour the soybeans into the food processor and leave it to form a dough. Knead the ingredients well. You can use a food processor blade and mix the ingredients together.

 

third level: Beat the hamburger with soy

It is better to put the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to make it taste good, and then beat all the ingredients with a female hamburger mold, or you can put it in a nylon plate and roll some of the dough and place it in the center of the bowl. Put it on the nylon material and press it a little with a plate until it is round and flat, then prepare all the hamburgers in this way and put it in a plate and put it in the freezer for half an hour.
